    Observation: Caulking at the tray holder and wall at children's dumping station is in poor repair. Remove existing caulk and replace with new so wall/and tray holder juncture is smooth and easily cleanable.

    Observation: Salsa and cheese/lettuce cups for nachos being stored at end of service line without sneeze guard. All condiments must be protected from contamination from consumers. Moved to line with sneeze guard during inspection. CORRECTED.

    Observation: Bags of shredded lettuce and spinch were not dated when opened. New Food Code requirements mandate that cut leafy greens be dated when opened. Dated during inspection. CORRECTED.

    A can of dented applesauce was observed during inspection. A dent on the seam could allow for contamination of the food. Discarded during inspection. CORRECTED.
  • Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
    Dish machine inse cycle was temped at 135.7 degrees. For hot water sanitization the rinse cycle must reach a plate temp of 160 degrees. Establishment switched to foam plate ware, set up a sanitizing tank on 3 tank sink, and service was called.
