    Observation: Observed 2 dented cans of corn being sold with dents on black seam and top rim. Must discard any canned foods with a compromised seam (dented on black seal line or top and bottom rim).

    Observation: 1) Clean and defrost all reach-in freezers. 2) Clean reach-in produce cooler. Must clean frequently to prevent build-up and food contamination.

    Observation: Insect repellent sold in the grocery store was stored above 3 compartment sink in back room where utensils used to repackage bulk meat. Must move chemicals away from ware washing area to prevent contamination of clean dishes.

    Observation: Several food boxes stored directly on the floor. Must store at least 6 inches off the floor for food protection and easy cleaning.

    Observation: Provide a cover or shatter resistant light bulbs in back kitchen area where meat is repackaged. Must shield light to prevent broken glass contamination. REPEAT VIOLATION.

    Observation: Leaking hot water handle for 3 compartment sink faucet. Repair to maintain in good working condition.

    Observation: Missing several floor tiles underneath and behind large reach-in freezers/cooler. Must replace to make flooring smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent.

Clean all food contact surface as often as needed to prevent contamination. --1) Replace door gasket on walk-in cooler. 2) Clean walk-in cooler (food spills/build-up)

    Mop in bottom of empty bucket, position mop to air dry on wringer mechanism or provide a hook to hang mop to air dry in between uses.

    1) Food drips at back right corner of produce cooler, clean more thoroughly. 2) Door opener area of meat reach in cooler has some buildup along edge of door, clean. 3) Condensor line along back of reach in cooler is soiled with dark buildup, clean more frequently. 4) Walk in cooler in back end has missing frame by door jam and part remaining is no longer cleanable, replace framing. 5) Same cooler has some of the interior panels buckling and exposing underneath material of cooler, repair to prevent further damage to cooler. 6) In same cooler has one shelving unit that is getting very rusty, resurface or remove from usage to prevent rust from getting on food packages. 7) Has several recyled cardboard boxes organizing packaged foods or small items, must provide storage containers that are smooth, cleanable and non absorbent for this usage, to aid cleaning and protect the products, ie front counter dessert cakes and candy, yogurt in milk cooler, packages of gloves at wooden table in kitchen.

    1) Has tomatoes in produce area displayed in recycled cardboard box, must not reuse cardboard for any items other than its original product to prevent cross contamination risk.
