    Observation:Observed employee handle cookies with bare hands, corrected on site.

    Observed whole turkey rolls cooling in sealed plastic bag in metal pan - after overnight, turkeys were only down to 45 degrees. Discarded, corrected.
  • Poisonous or toxic materials used and applied
    Observed employee using a surface-disinfecting wipe to clean the food thermometer before and after taking food temperatures - this type of disinfecting wipe is not approved for use in contact with food. Corrected. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle was above 100 ppm - corrected.
