Observed popcorn container lid with a slit in it, container had grease and dust buildup on lid and container - discarded. Observed meat slicer had meat particles on it - taken apart to be washed, corrected. Observed styrofoam plates were right-side up on the serving tables for the buffet, corrected.

Observed chicken pieces in deep, covered steam pan cooling from last night and were held at room temperature today for at least 30 minutes, temperature was 51 degrees. Observed brown gravy in deep covered pan cooling from last night, was in steam table today at 65 degrees. Both foods were discarded, corrected. Repeat violation.
