Provided splash guard for the hand sink or remove soap and paper towels to convert the sink to a service sink. PIC states that it is used primarily for service.

Observed spray bottles stored on and in contact with food utensils and surfaces.

- Duties of PIC
PIC has not informed food employees of the their responsibility to report symptoms and illnesses. Form 1B was provided during a previous inspection.
- Foods are cooled using appropriate methods
Observed sauces cooling in the walk in cooler in plastic container that is more than 2 inches deep. Observed sauces above 135*F. PIC states that cooling wands are used to promote cooling. Sauces were rechecked and wands had not been placed in the product. PIC placed the wands in the sauces during this inspection.
