Observation:Raw chicken found over raw beef in walk-in, raw tenderized and ground meats found over whole cuts of meat and raw poultry found over smoked turkey legs in meat display. Raw bacon found over sauces and cooked chicken in kitchen walk-in. Proteins were moved to the correct areas to help prevent against possible cross contamination. Do not use a box that previously held raw chicken to hold portioned bags of cooked sausage in kitchen freezer. Sausage bags were moved to another container.

Observation: In bakery motor oil and cleaner found over single service items, in produce room cleaners found over scoop and single service items. Toxic items shall be sep and below food and food contact surfaces. All toxic items were moved.
