Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement Observation: There is no hand sink in the deli prep area. The owner plans to get a hand sink installed in the deli area in a month. The facility needs to date mark all deli meats that have been opened. The facility needs to get bleach test strips. All utensils and equipment used in the deli area need to be washed, rinsed, and sanitzed every 4 hours. For now, the facility is going to set up a temporary hand washing station.
