    Observation: The following areas have become soiled and must be cleaned: cupboard doors, floor, 3 hole sink area, outsides of equipment, etc.

    Observation: Coffee spill stains on 1) Outer coffee canisters 2) Outer door of ice machine, and 3) All cupboard doors. Must clean frequently. Corrected on site.

    Observation: No sanitizer made at time of inspection. Must clean and sanitize steam wand and stir spoons after every use. REPEAT VIOLATION. Corrected on site.

    Observation: Floor is heavily soiled. Must clean.

    Observation: Several soiled wiping cloths sitting around area. Must remove when dirty and use clean towels. Towels must be maintained in sanitizer when in use to prevent damp towels growing pathogens. REPEAT VIOLATION.

    Stains and dust build-up and 1) Back wall of 3 compartment sink, 2) cupboards, 3) equipment, and 4) Floor. Clean more frequently.
