    Observation: Standing water under the handsink and 3-bay at the bar.

    Observation:Food items stored on the floor in the back dry storage room.

    Observation:Ceiling vents are collecting dust.

    Observation:Floor tiles in the dishmachine area and by the back door broken and grout is missing. Ceiling tiles soiled throughout the kitchen and the FRP wall covering is falling apart at the work station by the fresh meat coolers.
