Observation: Mounted can opener had residue build-up on the blade.

Observation: Standing 2-door refrigeration across from fryers had raw shrimp, chicken, and beef stored above vegetables. Raw chicken was stored above other animal products. Person in charge rearranged refrigeration unit.

Observation: Open top refrigeration unit across from wok contained raw chicken at 49*F, raw shrimp at 44*F, and raw beef at 48*F. Breaded chicken at 62*F. Person in charge stated chicken was made on this day and put chicken in refrigerator. Cooked shrimp and beef at 70*F. Person in charge voluntarily discarded shrimp and beef. Green curry sauce and bean sauce was between 68-70*F that was not refrigerated after opening. Person in charge voluntarily discarded sauces.

Observation:Squeeze bottles on prep counter used to dispense ingredients had residue build up. Exterior of refrigeration and door handles of units had food residue build-up.
