    Observation: Poultry did not have seal stamp of meat inspection. Inspector discussed requirements for pre-packaged poultry product and person in charge stated that frozen poultry would not be sold until inspector contacts establishment.Poultry has been removed to back freezer and placed on hold. Eggs flats do not have proper label of origin and are placed on hold.
