Observation: Chlorine sanitizer was too strong over 200ppm when tested. Made another one and corrected on site checked at 50-100ppm.

Observation: Found couple damaged utensils. All food equipment and utensils must be maintained in good condition to prevent contamination. Replace. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: 1) Didn't provide thermometer in both Beverage Air reach-in cooler. Must have thermometer to ensure adequate temp is maintained. 2) Didn't have food thermometer. Must provide THIN PROB thermometer to check food cook/holding temperature.

Refrigerator in kitchen has some food buildup. Must clean more frequently to prevent contamination.

Raw eggs was stored above potatos in refrigerator. Food mst be stored by the cook temperature: higher cook temp items must be stored on the lower shelf. Corrected at time of inspection
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
1) Squeeze bottle of oil 2) A container of flour were not labeled. Containers holding food which could be mistaken for other food, must be identified with the common name of the food.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
QA sanitizer test strips was expire. Replace new test strip to ensure the concentration of QA sanitizer.
