Observation: All non food contact surfaces including display shelves must be cleaned to remove residue. Corrected on site.

Observation: Items noted to be contaminated by debris resulting from breaking in the skylight and items noted to have smoke damage required to be removed from sale. Corrected on site. --Observation: Smoke damage evident on bags of chips, nuts, packaged snacks in plastic wrap and other items. Items were required to be removed from sale. Also some packaged food required to be cleaned from debris where fire department broke in skylight. Corrected on site.

Observed two cans of potatoes that were dented. Any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals must not be sold. Also any can that cannot sit level or has sharp points due to denting may not be sold.
- Common name-working containers
Spray bottles did not have a label on them. Must label all spray bottles with common name of product to prevent confusion.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Did not have test strips for checking concentration of sanitizer. Must have test strips for checking concentration of sanitizer to ensure adequate concentration.
