    Observation: Napa cabbage and sprouts are over 41F on counter - they shall be kept refrigerated - ice was added to water the sprouts are being stored into and the cabbage was put in reach-in. They will be purchasing chill pans.

    Observation: Fried chicken pieces were found dated over 7 days ago - they were discarded.
