Observation: No quat strips available in establishment at time of inspection.

Observation: Two of four quat sanitizer tested low (0ppm). Quat concentration was empty at three compartment sink. Person in Charge refilled quat concentration and refilled spray bottles.

Observation: Debris build up on the water discharge area above the filter baskets on the coffee machine. Debris build up on the inside of the coffee area ice machine. PIC had both items cleaned and sanitized.

Observation: Quat dispensing unit at the three compartment sink is in disrepair. Unit is dispensing around 100 ppm. Product states solution should be mixed at 150-400 ppm. PIC contacted chemical supplier to service the unit. A quat dispenser at the mop sink is dispensing correctly.
