Observation: Pop nozzles have build-up, cleaned during inspection. Potato slicer mounted on wall, unable to clean/sanitize effectively, as item is not a clean-in-place item -- provide photo of slicer removed from permanent wall mount and new set up.

Observation: Observed serving staff assembling sandwich with bare hands. Bun was discarded.

Observation: Cooked rice sitting at room temp, 79*F when temped. No time recorded for time temp control. Discarded during inspection. Cold hold unit for breaded shrimp and chicken not working, chicken wings temped 51*F. Unit was unplugged. Food was discarded and unit plugged back in.
