    Observation: Showers still have mold in showers but weekly cleaning schedule is now being used.

    Observation: Microwaves still needed cleaned. Corrected on site.
  • PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
    Observation: Temperature of cooler at 44.5 degrees. Do not use until fixed. Move all food to other cooler.

    Observation: Bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned.

    Observation: Temperature of cooler in kitchen was 44.6 degrees. Dropped to 41.6 degrees before leaving. Appears to have been left open for to long during lunch hour.
