    Observation: All handwashing sinks have no hot water and reached only 77*F in the bar and restrooms. Manager adjusted the hot water and correctest on site.

    Observation: No thermometer in a samall reach-in beverage cooler.

    Observed a sprayer bottle of chlorine sanitizer was tested too strong by the 3 compartment sink. The concentration of sanitizer which is using for food and food contact surface must be maintained between 50 to 100 ppm.

    Handwashing signs not posted in both restrooms. Every hand sink to be used by employees must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hand.
