    Observed hood vents not kpet clean. Establishment recently had new oven installed and is in process of cleaning entire hood area.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observed pasta items in tall cooler not properly date marked. Corrected at time of inspection. Observed wings date marked for 8 days instead of 7.
