Observation: Floor tiles missing under the Fryers. Also ice is building up around the walk-in freezer door inside the cooler.

Observation: Both hand sink dirty and have debris in them. Also draining very slowly.

Observation:Vents on the ceiling are collecting dust as well as the ceiling tiles. Fans in the back room are also very dusty.

Observation:Sink by the coffee marker is draining very slowly.

Observation:Large pop nozzles that dispense multiple drink flavors is soiled. Don't forget about the area around the nozzles. Nozzles were cleaned during inspection.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:Large prep cooler does not have a thermometer.
