Observation: The dish machine only reached 158.9 degrees. This facility has a NEW machine in the facility to be installed but is waiting for the detergent to be delivered. The manager and the owner of Pita'z (owner Eli) have a verbal agreement this facility will do all warewashing at Pita'z until manager installs the new dish machine and is in working order.

Observation: 1)The duct tape CONTINUES to be on the lid of the ice machine. The ice machine CONTINUES to be nonfunctional and the ice is obtained from Pita'z verbal agreement from both facilities have agreed upon. This facility shall replace the ice machine within 6 months due to the duct tape is not a smooth and cleanable surface. 2)Some of the cabinets shelves are not a smooth and cleanable surface. Repair as needed to have a smooth and cleanable surface.
