Observation: The two door reach-in in the kitchen is holding enchiladas and taco meat on the two bottom shelves at 47-50F - the pans are being discarded. The foods on the other shelves is a proper temp. The unit was turned down and owner is going to see how that works, if it does not they will contact a repairman.
