    Observation: Meat products in prep cooler are not date marked for keeping over 24 hours. Staff voluntarily discarded items.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
    Observation: No thermometer in prep cooler.
  • Mechanical warewashing machine temperature measuring devices, heaters and baskets, and automatic dispensers, and alarms
    Observation:Facility is using non commercial dish washer. Instructed staff to use three compartment sink for sanitizing.

    Observation: Hand sink has several items in basin. Staff removed items
