Frozen diced chicken shall not be left on counter. Was told they were going to use it now and 40 minutes later the chicken was still on the counter. Food was put away. Boxes of chicken shall be stored off of the floor in the walk-in. Corrected at time of inspection

Kitchen staff observed not washing their hands upon returning to work after leaving for a meeting. All wait staff observed washing their hands when they returned. Corrected at time of inspection

NUMEROUS PERSONAL GLASSES WERE SEEN THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN IN UNAPPROVED LOCATIONS. ALL EMPLOYEES DRINKS IN THE KITCHEN SHALL HAVE A LID AND STRAW. THEY NEED TO BE LOCATED ON NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES, SEPARATE FROM FOOD AND FOOD CONTACT SURFACES.
