Observation: raw meat in walk in cooler stored above potatoes and pop.

Observation: items on the menu that can be served under cooked (eggs, burgers, etc.) need an asterisk and the consumer advisory needs to be posted in the menu or posted for the public's viewing. Provided the language.
- Single-service and single-use articles are constructed of materials that do not impart colors, odors, or tastes to food and are clean
Observation: do not reuse single serve containers, such as the sour cream container, ice cream containers, etc.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: several items in the back storage area and walk in cooler on the floor - need to be up off the floor at least 6 inches.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: several items throughout the coolers were not date marked (anything that exceeds 24 hours needs to be date marked).
