Observation: The facility does not have a sanitizer. Corrected by serving prepackaged foods that do not require sanitizing.

Observation: The fridge in the breakfast serving area is above required temps at 48 degrees. Milk was voluntarily discarded. Corrected by not using this fridge to store milk and potentially hazardous foods.

Observation: No soap at the hand sink in the breakfast serving area. Corrected by placing soap at the sink.
