Observation:No hot water in RR, must repair to have hot water at least 100 degrees F. REPEAT Violation.

Observation:Has some bare wood surfaces from remodeling near cash register area, seal all bare wood surfaces with two coats of light colored paint or varnish, to have smooth cleanable surfaces to aid cleaning.

1) Has frozen entrees and sandwiches that are labeled "Keep Frozen" that are located in retail cooler case at 41 degrees F, must keep frozen. 2) Has one box of snack crackers on floor under retail case, must store all foods at least 6 inches off floor, move to rack now.
