Observation: The cooks were not wearing hair restraints while prepping food.

Observation: Food was not labeled in the walk in cooler unit. The units were labeled prior to me leaving.

Observation: A couple of items in the walk in cooler were not date marked. The units were marked prior to me leaving.

Observation: Walk in racks were not clean to sight.

Observation: The dish machine in the prep area was not saniitzing dishes. The units are going to be sent through the dish machine in the bar area. The dish washer company was called and coming to fix the unit.

Observation: The hand wash sink did not have a hand wash sign posted by it. I provided a sign and the sign was posted by it.
