    Observation: Wet cloth laying on metal counter in kitchen. Sanitize bucket was made and new cloth is being used.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Tiles on the floor are missing. Back splash by hand-sink has bare sheet rock. This also is on the work order.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation: Boxes on floor of freezer. They were put on the shelf during inspection.
  • Tableware that is not pre-wrapped is presented so that only handles are touched
    Observation: Long spoons for Ice Cream were stored in long plastic container. Spoons are now stored in cup with handles inverted.
