  • Food shall be obtained from sources that comply with law
    Observed chicken thawing in walk-in cooler, in addition to other personal food items in reach-in cooler. Establishment is approved for cooking and serving frozen pizza's only and all other foods must meet food safety requirements or not be stored onsite. Initiated correction onsite.
