Observation: Establishment was unable to provide proof that prepackaged "whoopie pies" (Cherry, Mint, and Mocha)were prepared by an approved/licensed source. Products were removed from sale and disposed of during the inspection. CORRECTED AT TIME OF INSPECTION. 3-201.11 Compliance with Food Law: (A) FOOD shall be obtained from sources that comply with LAW.

Observation:Food handlers in the dry ingredient packaging area do not sanitize food contact surfaces, such as scales, after washing surfaces with soap and water. 4-702.11 Before Use After Cleaning. UTENSILS and FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be SANITIZED before use after cleaning.
