Blower units in the cest fridge units were not clean to sight. Walk in cooler units vent screens were not clean to sight.
Food is properly identified and monitored Observation: The time mark was beinga allowed to stay on the line for 6 hours. 4 hours is the longest a product can stay on the line at any temp.
Indoor and outdoor surfaces Observation: The gaskit on the ice machine was damaged aed the floors in the walk in cooler unit was not clean to sight.

Handwashing signage Observation: Handwashing signs only were not posted by each hand sink. Signs were provided and the management stated they would post them by the sinkgs.

Common name-working containers Sanitizer bottles in the back room were being used as water bottles for windows. Corrected at time of inspection
Food storage containers identified with common name of food A couple of squirt bottles and shaker containers were not labeled.
Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning The vents in the walk in cooler were slightly dusty. The intake vent to the back of the blower was dusty as well.

Corrected at time of inspection --The push carts by the pop area had lots of crumbs on them. The wire racks in the walk in cooler had dust and food on the untis.
