    Observation: There were home canned tomatoes being used for in the goulash on the buffet line. Corrected on site by discarding of the goulash.

    Observation: The salad bar was holding foods at around 60*. Repair person was called immediately during inspection. All potentially hazardous foods will be disposed of after lunch rush or before 3pm.
  • Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
    Observation: An employee had bare hand contact with pieces of cake going out for on the buffet line. Corrected on site by discarding cake.
