    Sanitizer was tested too low at time of inspection. Must maintain quat sanitizer between 200-400ppm for adequate sanitation. Corrected at time of inspection

    1) Observed towels used to absorb moisture under bar webbing (pitchers, glasses, etc.). Must not use towels to absorb moisture becuase they are not smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent. Must replace with material that meets all above criteria. 2) Racks in bottle cooler (below register) are rusty. Must replace or resurface to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.

  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
    Mens RR vent fan does not work. Must repair or replace vent fan to allow for adequate ventilation of bacteria and offensive odors.
