Observation: thermometer in the upright fridge at bottom of stairs is more than 3deg inaccurate. Therm showed 10deg but actual temp was 33 today.

Observation: Carpet on floors in basement which is both food storage and prep area. Carpet is not smooth and easily cleanable.

Observation: carpeting in basement food prep and storage areas needs replaced with something smooth and easily cleanable. This area is not able to stay adequately clean
