Observation:bulb uncovered in sandwich /pizza warmer. Must provide shatter proof bulb or a bulb shield to prevent cross contamination.

Observation:Wall behind pizza table needs to be repainted to maintain a smooth cleanable surface.

Observation: sanitizer too strong must use test strips to make sure concentration of quat sanitizer is between 200 and 400 ppm

Observation:Back door lets light enter around or between door seal and outside. Must repair or replace door stripping and sweep to prevent pest entry.

Observation:raw chicken above milk in dairy cooler. Must have ready to eat foods above potentially hazardous raw foods.

- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation:hand sink in kitchen is not tight against the wall. It must be caulked in order to keep water from getting behind sink and causing mold buildup.REPEAT
