    Observation: Cooking green peppers and hamburgers directly next to each on grill top. Relocated peppers at time of inspection.
  • Condiments are protected from contamination by consumers
    Observation: Salad toppings not protected (no barrier)
  • Separation from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single service
    Observation: Degreaser stored with food contact surfaces.
  • PHF/TCS food that is cooked and cooled on premises is reheated within 2 hours to 165°F or above for 15 seconds for hot holding
    Observation: Reheating chicken in oven, put in hot hold table when temperature was 132 - 134 degrees, removed and placed back into oven at time of inspection.

    Observation:Working package of cooked chicken with an expiration date of 7/29/15 in prep table - disposed of.
