Wiping cloths properly air dried Observation: Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer water or hung up to dry. Packaged food shall be labeled as specified in law Observation: The following items must have complete ingredient label: Ham and turkey sandwich that are pre-packaged. The ice being bagged at this establishment for retail sale must have name, address and phone number. 3-201.11 Compliance with Food Law. (A) FOOD shall be obtained from sources that comply with LAW.
