Observation: Cove base and floor in the expo kitchen have become worn and are no longer cleanable.

Observation: Seal holes in the dish machine area floor and both bars. Back bar has holes in the cabinets and front bar has holes in 3 hole sink area.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Ice cream chests @ the bar area must be defrosted and cleaned. Also the drink mixes must be moved from the side of the hand sink @ the bar.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: The left side of the stove and behind, as well as, the back of the ice machine have become soiled and must be cleaned.

Observation: Excellence ice cream freezer in kitchen area has a torn gasket.

Observation: Hood filters on the hot line and the expo kitchen must be cleaned.

Observation: Menu has the reminder statement but does not have the disclosure of menu items.
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
Observation: Dish machine area does not have a cover over the vent above the machine.
- Handwashing cleanser, availability
Observation: Bar hand sink does not have hand soap provided.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: Thermometer in brown half cooler was broken.
- Light intensity
Observation: Lights in the walk in cooler and above the hot line have burned out.

Observation: Beverage lines in the ice bins must be covered to prevent contamination.

Observation: The following areas are not smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent: Wire racks in the Continental cooler have become rusty, tile by the hand sink on the East side of the kitchen, under the plexi glass boards in the walk in cooler, and wood in bar area.
