Observation: Top section of the cold holding unit at back counter was out of temperature. Food in the cooler was temped at 60*F. Called for service.

Observation: Mop sink backflow prevention device leaks. Repair. All plumbing must be maintained in good working order.

Observation: 1) Inside of the top of the microwave not clean. Corrected during inspection 2) Ice/food debris buildup inside of the reach-in cooler. Clean more frequently to prevent contamination.

Observation: All cooling units didn't have thermometer. Must provide thermometer for all cooling units to monitor temperature.

Observation: Food debris buildup on the bottom shelf of reach-in freezer. Clean as needed.

Observation: The drain line from the ice bin is below the flood rim of the floor sink. The drain line must be cut to provide at least a 1" air gap to prevent backflow of wastwater.
- Hand and arm jewelry prohibition
Observation: Several employees were wearing watch. Remove any wrist or hand jewelry unless is a plain wedding style band. REPEAT VIOLATION
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Food stored on the floor in walk-in freezer. Food must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purpose. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Handwashing sign not posted on both hand sinks in kitchen. Every hand sink to be used by employee must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hand.
