KDA_3_50116A2 - --Stored on top of the salad bar at room temperature: chopped lettuce salad 56 F, chopped lettuce salad #2 54 F. The lettuce was removed from the cooler 45 minutes prior then placed at room temperature, as per employee. (COS-immediately served).
