Horrible experience. Don’t take your family if you expect any service or good food. We had to get out own silverware, plates, drink refills, etc. Food was cold and took over 3 hours. Restaurant wasn't busy and even when the managers daughter got involved and finally replaced our cold food, she still requires us to pay over $25 dollars for gratitude of our 9 people table for a waitress who didnt even earn $1. When I tried to dispute the gratuity and even stated I would rather pay the manager the required gratuity who actually got us a drink than the waitress, I was yelled at and told by the owner daughter ( manager) that the waitress worked hard and that the gratuity was required and that my money would go to the waitress.
No customer should be made to pay money especially $25 plus for a gratuity of any meal with no service, which is more thane 2 meals of our 9 people table. No customer should be yelled at by an owner daughter who doesn't care because her family owns the business or be required to Pay money that is not a required part of the bill when they have such bad service.
Maybe Im from a bigger town but this is not the first time I have come to visit and had that experience there. I dont recommend this place anymore unless the owner is there and not the daughter. go to Old Chicago or another chain that is not family owned so if there is an issue it, it will be taken care of.
