KDA_7_10211 - --There was an unlabeled spray bottle of clear solution hanging over the 3-vat sink. The solution in the bottle was sanitizer, as per manager. (COS-manager discarded). KDA_7_20111A - --Spray bottles of degreaser, all purpose cleaner, and window cleaner were hanging on a shelf next to clean plastic food baskets and cutting boards on a shelf north of the 3-vat sink. A spray bottle of window cleaner was setting on a shelf next to single use plates under the west prep table across from the steam table. (COS-chemicals were moved).
