KDA_7_10211 - --On a shelf next to the 3 vat sink, there was an unlabeled spray bottle with a clear liquid. Employee did not know what the liquid was. Test kit indicated the contents of the spray bottle was bleach at a concentration beyond measureable limits. COS-labeled. KDA_Defacto - --Flav-R-Savor: chicken pizza at 134F. --WIC: exterior surface temperature of commercial container of milk at 38F, deli ham at 40F. Prep table: beef crumbles at 38F, pulled pork at 39F, tuna salad at 37F, breakfast mix at 37F. Creamiser: half & half at 41F. Deli Fresh RIC: turkey sub at 41F.
