KDA_3_60211B1 - --There was a spray bottle with a clear liquid in it, with out a common name by the pretzel warmer. Employee said it was water for the pretzels. COS-bottle was labeled.
KDA_6_30112 - --At the hand washing sink there were no hand drying towels. Employee could not get the dispenser open. COS-towels were placed at the dispenser.
KDA_6_50112A - --There is a free standing fan mounted to the wall. It has an accumulation of dust.
KDA_Defacto - --frozen food was frozen. --pretzel cheese 135.7F, steam table: hamburger 165.4F. Hot box: hot dog 136.7F. --The carbonators for the pop machines were under the machine and held in place by a metal door with screws. They will have pop company check them when they come for the west side.
