- KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the RIC in the cook's area, raw ground beef was stored in contact with RTE pasteurized eggs. COS-food were discarded due to temperature abuse. (new)
- KDA_3_50115A - --Hot foods that had been prepared in the morning were cooling in plastic containers with lids tightly closed. They were also in coolers which was unable to hold foods at 41F or below. Inspector educated
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the black Kenmore RIC the following temperatures were measured: white cheese 44.7F, potato soup 53.3F, chicken 53.3F, potato salad 48.3F, broccoli soup 50.1f, cheese sauce 50F, provolone cheese 46.3F, cheddar cheese 45.4F, and raw shell eggs 49.1F. The ambient temperature was 52.5F. In the 2 door white RIC shredded cheese was 48F, milk 48F, and shredded cheese 49.3F. The ambient temperature was 47.5F. In the small white apartment size RIC Feta cheese was 58.3F. The ambient temperature was 59.5F. In the Magic Chef apartment sized RIC hamburger was 51.6F, raw chicken was 52.1F, a sausage patty was 68.7F, and Egg Beaters was 62.2F. The ambient temperature was 52.9F. According to the PIC all items had been in the units for 1-2 days. COS-foods were discarded. (repeat)
- KDA_3_50118A2 - --In the front wait station RIC an open container of skim milk and an open container of half & half lacked date marking. The waitress said the items were opened on Saturday and Monday. COS-items were dated. (repeat)
- KDA_3_60311A - --There is no consumer advisory for eggs that can be served under-cooked. (repeat)
- KDA_4_204112B - --There are no thermometers in the reach in coolers.
- KDA_4_30111 - --The ambient temperature of the following units were measured:the black two door RIC 52.5F, the white two door RIC 47.5F, the white Diplomat apartment sized RIC 59.5F, the black Magic Chef apartment sized RIC 52.9F. The units were not holding PHFs at 41F or below. COS-inspector instructed to discontinue use of the apartment sized RICs until they are able to hold PHFs at 41F or below. The thermostats were turned down in the 2 large RICs. The black 2 door reduced to 36F and the white 2 door reduced to 38.7F. (repeat)
- KDA_4_30212A - --There is no food thermometer to measure temperatures of cold foods.
- KDA_4_60111A - --The meat slicer that had been used the previous day per the PIC had a heavy accumulation of dried food debris on the blade and guard.
- KDA_4_90311A - --Clean, uncovered silverware and napkins are being stored in a personal area where recliners, toys, blankets and a computer is stored.
- KDA_7_10211 - --A clear spray bottle of purple liquid lacked a label. The waitress said it was Fabuloso. COS-labeled. (repeat)
- KDA_7_20111B - --In the dry storage room, sterno fuel was stored above single use straws. WD 40, hand soap, air freshener, and fix a flat was stored on a wire rack above single use food storage bags and single use pie boxes. (repeat)
- KDA_7_20711B - --A medication bottle of child's liquid medication was stored in the door of the RIC with cream cheese and cheese. COS-the medicine was moved.
- KDA_Defacto - --Note: it appears to be a normal routine for the child to be in the kitchen as she became very upset when she had to leave. There appeared to be child hand writing and drawings on one of the coolers. Inspector educated on the potential of unintentional food contamination. --Wait station RIC-cream 42F Coke RIC- cheese cake 37F
