The bottom shelf ambient temperature measured 48.4F and the top shelf ambient measured 63.9F. The PIC stated the cheese had been in the cooler 4 hours or longer. COS-discarded variety of different cheeses, and discontinued use of unit. Note- the air was not moving in the case and a fan was not working. The case was also stuck in defrost. The bagged salad display cooler is holding bagged salads at 54.1F and 55.1F at 4pm. The ambient temperature measured 49.5F. The salads had been in the cooler since 7 am or before. COS-VD
