KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the shelving for dry clean dishes, there was one cracked lid out of approximately 20. COS. Item was placed in trash can.

Located inside the cabinet in the hallway, there was one case of hand soap sitting beside and touching 1 case of single use straws. COS. All chemicals were moved to approved locations.
