Meat Dept WIC at 36 two-door RIFreezer in hallway behind Bakery with bakery items solid. 48ft of East wall on South end are shells eggs, cheese, yogurts ranges 37-44. South wall 10-door RIC/WIC dairy goods at 35-40 other side of south Isle 1 bagged lettuce 38 All other open cases in retail and the Reach in coolers with no temperature above 41. Three isles with 55 reach in freezers and all foods solid. Back east storeroom with one large Walk in Freezer - foods solid. --3 compartment sink in hallway behind the bakery department was set up with dishes wash and sanitized at 200 parts per million using Quat 10 --Four rotisserie chickens monitored and at end of roasting time frame found at 193 to 200 ok --Hot chicken strips at 135 located at hot/cold Ready to Eat/Take home deli display, located near the front and south end of store. --hot water in bakery 123, hot water at meat department 150 hot water at vegetable prep department 123 --two rotisserie whole chicken from the noon hot-hold offering were in reach in freezer uncovered to vent off the heat and at 33 to be packaged for cold holding and sale. ok	09/22/2015	5	Regular	In
