The cook said the ice will be used in an ice bath for cooling and cold holding. --The northwest corner of the ceiling the walk in cooler has a growth of black mold and commercial bags of shredded cheese is stored directly beneath it. There is a build up of lint in two ceiling vents located in food prep area.
